ASK can provide BERS thermal energy simulations of all residential dwellings, from detached houses to highrise apartments. Confirmation of building energy ratings is required under the BCA, and by local councils.
The building energy ratings consider the climate zone, orientation, construction, insulation properties, dimensions of building envelope and windows, shading, and internal layout.
