Northshore is a master planned development located at Eagle Farm in Brisbane and adjoins more than 2km of Brisbane River frontage. ASK became involved in the project to develop a strategy to address a number of significant air pollution and noise sources, including the proposed Brisbane Cruise Terminal, port operations and surrounding industries. The impact of these sources on the residential component of the development – a large number of units, townhouses and detached dwellings – was assessed and a successful outcome achieved.
