• Springfield Link: Assessment of proposed new rail link from Ipswich Rail Line through Forest Lake to Springfield.
• East End Mine Rail Loop Survey: Measured and assessed the rail noise associated with a rail loop and rail load out facility.
• Ridgehaven Estate on Camcos Corridor: Assessment of Camcos Rail Corridor noise on the proposed Ridgehaven residential estate.
• Redcliffe Heavy Rail: Prediction of rail noise levels from a proposed new rail corridor.
  Kawana Waters Master Planning: Rain noise impact assessment for new residential development.
• Southern Cairns Integrated Land Use and Transport Study: Included an assessment of rail noise in addition to other transport issues.
• Roma Street Backpackers: Assessment of rail noise from the Roma Street Rail Yards on a proposed backpackers development.
• Mortimer Road, Acacia Ridge ands other Residential Assessments: Measured and assessed the rail noise impact on proposed residential developments adjacent to a major rail corridor. Noise amelioration measures such as barriers, façade and roof treatments were designed to minimise the rail noise impact on the future residents.
• Flagstone Creek Residential Development Adjacent to NSW to Queensland Rail Corridor: Assessed the noise impact from the existing New South Wales to Queensland Rail Corridor and provided recommendations to the Townplanners with respect to the appropriate buffers and zoning along corridor within the proposed development area. We conducted a number of measurements of train passes on the site at a number of locations and distances on which to base our recommendations.
